Yesterday I outlined the two distinct types of meditation you need to practice.  Today, we start that second type - Vipassyana or "insight" meditation.  Why should you care?  Well, you should only care if you want to become WILDLY, INDESCRIBABLY HAPPY ALL THE TIME :-)
